Bill is a retired communications engineer who began working with CanAssist as a volunteer. He recently came out of retirement to become our Manager of Research Projects. He is currently managing several of CanAssist's complex projects including the WISP (wireless position and motion sensor) and the EMG Communi-cations System (electromyography). Bill graduated from UCLA and has worked for the US Air Force and TRW Inc.
