Parent/Caregiver: $56
Service Provider: $168
Educator: $168
Student: $84
NOTE: The above fees include 12% HST tax

Respite Bursary

If you are a parent of a child with special needs and would like assistance with childcare while you are at the conference, CanAssist will be happy to provide a stipend that will go towards a respite care worker. If you would like to receive this stipend, please sign up for it in your registration form.

How to Register

2. If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, please download the registration form and fill it out. Instructions will be on the form as to where to send/drop off your cheque/cash.

**CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change and you are unable to attend the Forum, please send us a written notice via letter, fax, or email to cancel your registration. All cancellations must be received by February 1, 2011 to receive a 50% refund on registration fees. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-show.
