CanAssist always tries to make its assistive technologies, programs and services as widely available as possible to those in need. Two of our human-computer interaction software tools are currently available for download.

Dynamic Keyboard The Dynamic Keyboard is an alternative on-screen keyboard designed for people who would like to write text on a computer, but have less accurate control of their computer input device.

KeySurf Beta KeySurf is a program that allows you to efficiently use the World Wide Web with a keyboard instead of a mouse.  CanAssist is releasing an early version of this technology to gather more feedback on how it works.

During 2009 and 2010, CanAssist will develop a process that allows clients to order some of our less-customized assistive technologies on this website. In the meantime, requests for items displayed in our Technology showcase can be made by contacting Michelle Cho.
