Ciera joined the CanAssist employment team in October 2022. She is a University of Victoria graduate and holds a Bachelors degree in English with a special focus on Disability studies. She is passionate about accessibility and community involvement for people with disabilities. Throughout her career, inclusion and advocacy have always been at the center of her work. With over five years of work experience in the Disability field ranging from youth support to program coordination, Ciera is thrilled to be joining the employment team to continue to be able to empower people and help provide better access to their communities. Ciera is proud to be a part of CanAssist and to work along side an incredible team in helping shape and create a more inclusive and equitable world.
