Dion is a second-year mechanical engineering student at UVic. He has an honours degree in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley and worked in the social services industry for close to 10 years before beginning his studies in engineering. Dion enjoys spending time with his two children and being outside. When not studying, Dion is working with UVic’s formula racing team and rock climbing.
Dion acknowledges and respects the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Esquimalt) Peoples on whose territory the university stands, and the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
